Since our products are handmade and made on order, we follow a strict NO CANCELLATION POLICY.

A Creator's Studio adheres to a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

Orders once executed cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.

 

Incase of a lost package or undelivered shipment, please reach out to us acreatrorsstudio@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to resolve it on priority. You will either be refunded or we will send you a replacement. 

 

RETURN POLICY

​Since our products are carefully handmade and are un-damageable during shipping, we follow a NO RETURN POLICY.

However, if you still find an issue with the product, you can mail us at acreatorsstudio@gmail.com , along with the details of your complaint. 

Our customer care team will handle the complaint accordingly.
