• Small- if you have really skinny fingers, you feel most rings are loose for you, go for this, it fits sizes 6-11
• Medium- if you feel you have average ring size, you've not had much trouble with rings fitting you, fits sizes 11-16
• Large- If you feel you've chubby fingers and most rings fit you tight, this is the one for you, fits sizes 16-21
